The Brief
Build a ‘ready to hire’ recruitment pipeline of digital and non-traditional profiles for Aerospace; position Airbus strongly as employer of choice for digital profiles and ensure an impactful online campaign.
Our Approach
A 3-day, Online, Interactive Challenge
The challenge was promoted to 60 carefully selected universities, 1,000+ faculty and careers contacts and a range of student and professional networks with over 1,700 responses in under 1month. Selected participants formed international, interdisciplinary teams to address a real-world digital challenge. After the event, participants were invited to join a Digital Talent Pool with direct access to open positions. Successful participants received a digital credential showcasing the skills developed which was actively shared on LinkedIn.
