Campus Brand Manager Programme
To raise awareness of Shell as a recruiter of talented technical and commercial students. To improve performance from candidates in new markets during the recruitment process.
- Recruit a team of Campus Brand Managers (CBMs) at 14
- Train, brief and manage CBMs to implement events and run communication campaigns.
- Each team implemented 2-4 events on campus.
- Four campaigns implemented during the year at each
- Feedback gathered after each event and shared with target institutions to develop relationships further.
Our results so far
- Programme ran for 5 years and activity rolled out to
UK and other European markets.
- Significant improvement in performance from candidates at CBM schools, leading to over half target recruits coming from this programme.
